We offer a wide variety of fitness classes starting as early as 5AM and as late as 6:30PM.

MAX BOOTCAMP

Get in, burn calories, get out! A fast paced circuit workout designed to give you the maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time. This class runs on YOUR time, so come at the time that works for you, and stay for 30 minutes up to am entire hour. Our circuit will run non stop from 5am-7am.

TRX is a revolutionary suspension based total body fitness program that utilizes gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop core strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability. 

TRX fusion, combines work on the TRX trainer, but adds mat work and free weights.

Max pump SRT

Introducing the new Lebert SRT™ Barbell with SPRING TECHNOLOGY. The Lebert SRT™ Barbell adds another plane of movement taking regular exercises like the bicep curl and adding chest and delt activation, hitting muscles you never knew you had! Users SPRING IN and SPRING OUT on either side of the two sliding hand grips activating more muscles and creating more resistance with every rep. In Max Pump, we are working on building strength, toning lean muscle, and having fun!

Max Spin

Max Spin equals Max sweat. Be prepared to burn massive calories and sweat buckets. 

Get coached through heart rate training, fat-burning cycling techniques, resistance intervals, and mind-body skills to music that gets your pedals moving!

Spin Fusion in the best of both worlds! In this class you will get your heart rate pumping on the bike, and then take you through a strength circuit off the bike...then repeat. You will definitely never get bored, and leave with an amazing total body workout complete.

Barre

Barre is a challenging, yet non-impact fitness class designed to produce lean, sculpted bodies. Specific ballet movements are used to target specific muscles, and you will feel the 'shake' and 'burn' immediately!

Max STRENGTH & SCULPT

MAX YOGA FLOW

Instructional and confidence building yoga class with attention to cuing, alignment and breath. Class format consists of sequenced vinyasa flow asanas with transitions from pose to pose linked to breath. Students are taught techniques to increase flexibility, balance, strength and concentration.

Max Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets Yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Using hand weights, bands and sliders this class is addictive, as it is effective.

Cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-trainig moves like squats lunges and bicep curls, and a quick tabata to get your heart rate up!

Child Care

Bring your kids for playtime! It will be a mix of coloring, games, music or movies! Don't stay home just because you have your kids. 

Ages 3 months - 10 years old. $5 per child, or for the dedicated workout Momma unlimited packages available.
